As a trainer and body work specialist myself, I would not recommend any other place in the valley other than Prime Performance. All coaches are very knowledgeable and make it such a comfortable setting for beginners and people just wanting a change and camaraderie. I have been attending for about 4 months now at 5:00am. I am a little over a year postpartum with my twins and I have loved taking the time for myself every morning with this group of people. If you are even considering making a change, do it . You won’t regret it with this performance center.

Prime has been working with my boys since they opened, now freshman and senior, and now my husband too.  They are extremely knowledgeable and pay attention to important details to help keep my athletes healthy while also working on strength and mobility.

They are fun but hold you accountable and are their clients biggest fans always!  I am forever grateful to Prime.  They have created a place where everyone is family and are extremely dedicated to their craft.

I absolutely love this gym. The family they have built is incredible. The coaching staff is amazing and really pays attention to what each person needs. They will push you just enough so you progress but takes care in making sure your body is in alignment and provides a balanced workout plan for each day. One thing I really love is all the correctives they have us do between big lifts that help build out the small muscles and movements you need to really be a strong lifter! Couldn’t be happier!
